Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy: We value your time and commitment to our classes. To ensure a smooth experience for you, please read our booking policy before booking. *Price and how to book for more than one person* All class prices are per person. Please put the number of people you are booking for on the booking page. *Number of attendees* - A minimum of 2 people is required for our classes. - Solo bookings are welcome — we can add you to an existing group. Just email us to arrange. *Class dates* We do not have routine dates for our short flower classes. They can be requested as private classes on a date and time convenient for you. Please visit our Social Event page if you want to attend a group event. *How to book classes* Submit a class request, and we will check our availability. Please book at least 3 days in advance. Approval may take from 1 to 3 days. If needed, we may call you to confirm details. *Secure your booking* Full payment is required in advance to secure your booking. Once your class request is approved, we will email you an invoice. Please pay by the due date stated to confirm your place. *Special offers* We provide discounted class packages when booking multiple classes. We offer a free consultation call where we discuss your learning goals and create a customised lesson plan. Fill in the contact form and book a free call today! *Group booking* For private parties or organisational events, please visit our Group Booking page for available options and email us directly for a personalised quote. *Rescheduling and Cancellation* - To cancel or reschedule, please email info@floriental.co.uk with your booking details. - Requests must be made no later than 5 days before the class/event start date. - A rescheduling fee may apply under certain circumstances - No refunds will be processed for requests made within 5 days of the class/event start date.
